small unmanned aircraft system (sUAS) or more commonly recognized as drones have had an unprecedented impact shaping the modern day field of battle. Most individuals that hear drone usage in war think of the classic example of some goat farmer in the Middle East with a chip on his shoulder, taking pop shots at soldiers or being convinced mostly by threat of loss of life or relatives loss of life. Unfortunately, he made the wrong choice , the $99 million Northrop Grumman RQ-4 global hawk that has been ominously monitoring him during its 30 hours plus fight mission observing every move he makes relaying intelligence to its operators on the ground. The main reason I point this out is the fact that the conflict between Ukraine and Russia has vividly showcased The lack of Defensive capabilities, against these small relatively inexpensive sUAS platforms. I want to make it clear that I am not demonstrating or attempting to guide anybody trying to use these for nefarious purposes, I simply want to demonstrate how the subject can use these different sUAS platforms to perform a multitude of functions, each having unique attributes and capabilities.
